Our Returns Policy

✅ We Accept Returns If...

  • Item is returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Item is faulty, damaged, or not as described
  • Wrong item was sent in your order
  • Size exchange request (subject to availability)

❌ We Cannot Accept Returns If...

  • Item has been used, washed, or worn
  • Original tags or packaging have been removed
  • Return request is made after 30 days of delivery
  • Item is a sale or clearance product (unless faulty)
  • Item is a custom or personalised product
  • Hygiene products such as mouthguards or groin guards

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at info@bellasports.us. We can update the address only if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes for both domestic and international standard deliveries across all regions.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

How long does my refund take to appear?

Once we process your refund (5–10 business days after receiving the return), it typically takes a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes! We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Are there customs or import duties on international orders?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.
