Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use this number on the courier's website to follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving the email.
Yes! We ship to 30+ countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
First, check your tracking link for any updates. If the estimated delivery date has passed and there's no update, please contact us at support@bellasports.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items, personalised products, and hygiene items (mouthguards, groin guards) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Email us at support@bellasports.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 48 hours along with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within 5–10 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. It may take a further 3–5 business days for the amount to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Yes! We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange. If the size you need is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund instead. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at support@bellasports.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping costs.
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart rather than going by your usual clothing size, as sizing can vary between product types. If in doubt, size up for comfort during training.

For bag and pad work: 10–12 oz gloves are ideal. For sparring: 14–16 oz is recommended for added protection. Heavier gloves (16+ oz) are great for building strength. Beginners typically start with 12 oz all-purpose gloves. Check our product pages for detailed recommendations.
Care instructions vary by product and are listed on each item's label and product page. Generally: Gi and shorts can be machine washed cold and air dried. Boxing gloves should be aired out after use and wiped clean — never machine washed. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight which can fade colours.
