Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll be guided through entering your shipping details and payment information. Once complete, you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely and your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided they haven't been processed yet. Please contact us immediately at support@bellasports.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes! You'll receive two emails — one immediately after placing your order confirming the details, and a second when your order is dispatched with your tracking number. If you don't see them, please check your spam or junk folder.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We never store your full card details on our servers. You can shop with complete confidence.

Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Yes! We regularly run promotions and offer discount codes to our subscribers. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about sales, new arrivals, and exclusive deals. Discount codes can be entered at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping (1–3 business days) is also available. International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on your location. All times are estimates from the dispatch date.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $99. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. Express and international shipping rates apply regardless of order value.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use this number on the courier's website to follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving the email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to 30+ countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

First, check your tracking link for any updates. If the estimated delivery date has passed and there's no update, please contact us at support@bellasports.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items, personalised products, and hygiene items (mouthguards, groin guards) cannot be returned unless faulty.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@bellasports.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 48 hours along with return instructions.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within 5–10 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. It may take a further 3–5 business days for the amount to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes! We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange. If the size you need is unavailable, we'll issue a full refund instead. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?

We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at support@bellasports.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping costs.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart rather than going by your usual clothing size, as sizing can vary between product types. If in doubt, size up for comfort during training.

Are your products authentic Bella Sports gear?

100% yes. Every product sold on our website is genuine Bella Sports gear, designed and quality-checked by our own team. We stand behind every item with a quality guarantee. If you ever suspect a product is not authentic, please contact us immediately.

What glove weight should I choose for boxing?

For bag and pad work: 10–12 oz gloves are ideal. For sparring: 14–16 oz is recommended for added protection. Heavier gloves (16+ oz) are great for building strength. Beginners typically start with 12 oz all-purpose gloves. Check our product pages for detailed recommendations.

How do I care for my Bella Sports gear?

Care instructions vary by product and are listed on each item's label and product page. Generally: Gi and shorts can be machine washed cold and air dried. Boxing gloves should be aired out after use and wiped clean — never machine washed. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight which can fade colours.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders for gyms?

Yes! We offer competitive pricing for gyms, clubs, schools, and retailers. Contact us at wholesale@bellasports.com with details about your organisation and requirements, and our team will provide a custom quote.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account allows you to track your orders, save your details for faster checkout, view order history, and access exclusive member promotions.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Simply click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email we send you. You can also manage your email preferences in your account settings. Note: unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional emails about your orders.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, please email us at info@bellasports.us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Note that order history required for legal/tax purposes may be retained.
